flannelette wraps

two of my friends have recently had little baby girls!! yay! this calls for some sewing!

i bought this gorgeous floral flannelette fabric from an op shop quite a while ago, and it has just been sitting in my box of fabric waiting an opportunity to be used.

i just finished off the edges with some pretty pink bias binding, and added an applique with the first letter of the baby’s first name…ella and mackenzie.

these were so simple to make, and cost me about $3 each!
