Recipe Tips

You can roll the truffles in ground nuts, cocoa powder, coconut, confectioners' sugar, or candy sprinkles.

To flavor truffles with liqueurs or other flavorings, omit the vanilla. Before refrigerating, divide the truffle mixture into thirds. Add 1 tablespoon of liqueur (almond, coffee, or orange) to each mixture; mix well and continue with the recipe.
