Simple strawberry pie

Something crazy is about to happen here. I am about to share a recipe. Brace yourselves.
In general, I hate to cook. I am a nervous cook. Am I doing it right? Did I burn it? Is it raw? Am I going to give everyone food poisoning?

But that is why this recipe is so awesome. 4 ingredients, 3 steps, no baking, so good!

(You all can thank my sister for this one. She is kind enough to help a sista out when it comes to my freak cooking tendencies.)


1 tub Cool Whip
2 strawberry yogurt cups
12 mini pie crusts (store bought – like I would make pie crusts – pssshh)
12 fresh strawberries


1. Mix the Cool Whip and both cups of yogurt together in a large bowl to make the filling.
2. Spoon the filling into the pie crusts.
3. Cut up fresh strawberries and place on top.

Store in the refrigerator.

That’s really it! It is such a yummy, fresh, and light dessert.
