butterscotch pecan cheesecake

a while ago, my beautiful friend lacey from How To Do Easy made this scrumptious butterscotch pecan cheesecake, and has the recipe here. i have now made it a few times, and it is now a paullie’s favourite dessert.

i love the different textures in this dessert with the crunchy nuts, sticky butterscotch and creaminess of the cheese. it’s a very simple recipe to follow, and tastes oh so good.
