DIY – Pinwheel Canvas

Kids love pinwheels, I think every market we go to, I end up buying one!

Materials:

• 6 x Scrapbooking paper (Double-sided gives a prettier finish)
• Canvas 20 x 30cm
• Craft Glue
• Ruler Pencil
• Pin
• Scissors
• Tic Tacs

Step 1: Cut 12 squares 8 x 8 cm

 Step 2: With a grey lead pencil, draw a faint line from corner to corner.

Step 3:  From each corner cut towards the centre 3/4 of the way.

Step 4: Establish which corners are to be folded, then making a hole in each corner and the centre is the easiest way to get a pretty finish, with no ripped corners.

Step 5:  Put the pin ( Tic Tac) in each triangle, then finally through the middle and secure.

All done, just repeat for all 12
