a little fabric box

my friend jo’s birthday was coming up and i wanted to make her a little something. jo is 
starting out on her sewing so i wanted to make her something to help her on her way. 
i came across a few blogs with tutorials, but this was my favourite.

using materials from an op shop down the road, i sewed this little box, and filled it with off cuts of secondhand materials, buttons and doilies.
