Beaches and Cream Fudge Mud Slide Recipe

“OMGawsh!” (as Goofy would say) is all I can say about this recipe. Beaches and Cream Soda Shop is a well-known fixture inside Disney’s Beach Club Resort. It is most popular for “The Kitchen Sink”, a gigantic sundae of just about every topping they have in the shop served in a…well, sink. It is HUGE and meant to be shared by many.

I didn’t have a sink that I wasn’t using so I opted on making the smaller “Fudge Mud Slide” sundae. lol. It was beyond yum!

Beaches and Cream Fudge Mud Slide
Serves 1

Ingredients:

• 1 large brownie (homemade or bought)
• 4 tablespoons hot fudge topping
• 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
• 1 tablespoon Oreo Cookie crumbs
• 1 tablespoon chopped almonds or nuts (optional)
• canned whipped cream
• 3 maraschino cherries
• 2 Oreo cookies

Instructions:

Heat the hot fudge according to bottle/jar directions. Drizzle 2 tablespoons into bottom of glass dish. Place brownie on top of fudge. Top with 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Spoon remaining 2 tablespoons of hot fudge over ice cream. Sprinkle the (optional) nuts and Oreo Cookie crumbs over the sundae. Squirt a heaping pile of whipped cream on top of the sundae. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over and top with 3 maraschino cherries. Finish off with 2 Oreo cookies to make Mickey ears for the full Disney-effect. Enjoy!
