Healthy Fruit Dip
Oh my word, this fruit dip for one is so good! It has peanut butter, honey and Greek yogurt in it. Sounds delicious right?! It is.
I’m addicted to it right now, I’ve been having it at least once a day! For the past couple days, I’ve been trying it on my toast, along with a sliced banana on top and holy moly, it’s good! Talk about the best low calorie breakfast! One serving of the dip is 165 calories and it has 8 grams of protein.
This is also a great option for a snack or dessert! So far, my favorite fruit to have it with is bananas! Peanut butter and banana is the best combo.
I would highly recommend this dip! You will catch yourself eating without the fruit and before you know it, it’s all gone. Enjoy this!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 2 dashes of cinnamon (about 1/8 teaspoon) or to taste
- Stevia to sweeten your Greek yogurt if it’s plain
Combine ingredients and enjoy!
Notes:
I use plain non-fat greek yogurt and I slightly sweeten it with stevia (the honey will do most of the sweetening), but if you are using Greek yogurt that is already sweetened, don’t worry about the stevia and maybe not the honey, depending on the sweetness of your yogurt.
I also use Adams Peanut Butter (highly recommend)
