  • 3 organic yellow lemons
  • 2 organic lime
  • 4 organic oranges
  • 3 organic grapefruits
  • 150 g of powdered cane sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean, split in half
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 l of red wine
  • 300 ml of homemade lemonade
  • ice cubes

Instructions : 

Then, wash and dry the organic citrus fruits, then cut them into thin slices (without tearing the pulp). Split and scrape the vanilla pod. In a pitcher, put the powdered cane sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Then add the red wine to it. Cover the pitcher with cellophane or beeswax cling film, then let it sit in the fridge for 48 hours. Once your guests have arrived, take the container out of the refrigerator, remove the vanilla and cinnamon, top with 300ml lemonade and a few ice cubes. For a royal sangria, add cold champagne.
