Paper Balloon Banner – Rainbow Party

The Balloon Banner idea came from here
They did sew the balloons together,
but I decided to use ribbon because I used cardboard
It’s cheap, cute & affective.

This is how I made it.

Materials:

1. Scraping Booking Paper (works good because it’s colored on both sides, so when the banner turns it looks nice, which I didn’t use)
2. Ribbon
3. Scissors
4. Hot Glue Gun

Start by either free hand drawing a balloon or free download template here

Cut them all out

Make little bows for each balloon

Hot Glue Bow onto the balloon

Hot glue down the middle of one balloon at a time.
(Hot Glue will dry very fast)

Lay Ribbon over Glue

And Hang!

I used the sticker hooks

Done!
